Chili Dog Central's Craft Corner!

Hello, visitor! Here's where I put all my crafts and tutorials. They're short and sweet (for the most part) so it'll only take you, like, 20 minutes to fill up your shelves. Happy crafting!

BEFORE CRAFTING, remember ...

  • Keep your workspace tidy! Make sure you have enough arm room.
  • Use blade covers and be extra careful with your scissors!
  • Unplug your hot glue guns as soon as you're done and NEVER touch the nozzle. Keep some cold water nearby-- dumping any burnt spot in it IMMEDIATELY can stop the burn.
  • Clean up afterwards!

MATERIALS

  • Printer paper, ink, and... well, a printer. (or, you can draw your own picture)
  • Cardboard, but I'll be using paperboard for the tutorial.
  • Scissors (at least some that are sharp enough to cut through cardboard)
  • Glue sticks or tape. If your cardboard is on the thicker side and the glue won't seep into the paper, hot glue is acceptable!

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut out your character. Glue them to the cardboard, then repeat.

  • Cut out another piece of cardboard that looks like a quarter circle/wing.

  • Glue it to the back like this:

  • Wait for it to dry, then tada!
